We want to raise as much money as possible so everything that comes into the Prime8 coffers after the fee for the venue will be sent to OF (UK) and we'll try and put the figures on the website if we can get our heads around the numbers!

Advertising comes out of our own money (alleviated by some great help from various companies) and our DJs donate their services for free.

All we ask is that you pay a small fee on the door and maybe put some change into the buckets around the place.

Prime 8.1 (2nd Sept) raised £86

To give you some idea of what this means in real terms, the Orangutan Foundation have give nme the following figures. This is what your money buys...

£50 - Provide transport for the release of one orangutan.
£100 - Provide food and vetinary medicines for one orangutan for one year.
£250 - Will enable us to monitor the progress of one released orangutan for two and a half months.
£500 - Will significantly contribute to the development of the release site.
£1000 - Release one orangutan back into the wild.
